The Concierge is a private membership service. Access is subject to acceptance of your membership application. We reserve the right to decline or withdraw access at our discretion.

All bookings are subject to availability and the terms and conditions of the relevant service provider. A deposit is required to secure most bookings. Deposits are non-refundable except where stated in our Cancellation Policy.

You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of any information you provide and for complying with all applicable laws in connection with your use of the service. You may not use the platform for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.

The Concierge acts as an intermediary between members and service providers. We are not liable for the acts or omissions of third-party providers, though we take reasonable care in selecting and monitoring our partners.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify you of material changes by email.
