The Concierge works with a carefully selected network of service providers. This code sets out the standards we expect from all partners and suppliers.
All suppliers must comply with applicable laws and regulations in the jurisdictions in which they operate, including employment law, health and safety legislation, and consumer protection regulations.
Suppliers must treat all customers with respect, dignity, and without discrimination. Any member-facing communication must reflect the high standards of service our members expect.
Suppliers must maintain appropriate insurance, licences, and certifications for the services they provide. Evidence of compliance must be provided to The Concierge on request.
We are committed to working with suppliers who take environmental responsibility seriously. We encourage partners to measure and reduce their environmental impact and to communicate these efforts transparently.
Any supplier found to be in material breach of this code may have their partnership with The Concierge terminated. We reserve the right to audit supplier compliance at any time. Questions may be directed to partners@theconcierge.com.
