Our Story
The world of luxury travel and experiences was fragmented. Arranging something exceptional required specialist knowledge, personal networks, and significant time. We saw an opportunity to change that.
Our story began with a frustration that anyone who has tried to arrange a complex trip will recognise. Booking a superyacht charter required one set of contacts. Arranging a private jet required another. Securing the best suite at a fully booked hotel required yet another — and none of these people spoke to each other.
The result was hours spent on research, coordination, and follow-up. Emails that went unanswered. Recommendations from people who had never set foot on the property they were selling. A process that was supposed to feel like luxury but instead felt like project management.
We saw an opportunity to bring all of this together — one team, one conversation, one relationship built on trust and sustained by expertise.
Today, The Concierge serves a membership of individuals and families who value precision, discretion, and the knowledge that their time is being respected. Our network spans the Mediterranean, the Caribbean, the Alps, and beyond — and it grows every month through relationships we build in person, not through aggregation.
We are not interested in being the biggest. We are interested in being the best. That means maintaining the service ratio that allows every member to feel known, investing in the specialist knowledge that makes our advice worth following, and never compromising on the standards that earned our members’ trust in the first place.
We are constantly expanding our network, deepening our expertise, and investing in the technology that allows us to anticipate what our members need before they ask. But the fundamentals will not change.
A great concierge service is built on relationships — between us and our members, between us and the partners who deliver the experience, and between the people on our team who care deeply about getting every detail right. That is what we are building, and it is what we will protect.
